This observation is all the more worrying in a context where these pillars of the economy are already suffering from a serious productivity problem and are affected by a labor shortage. \u201cHence the importance to quickly define the best practices of the manufacturers who have already made this transition so they may better understand the benefits and other impacts resulting from these investments and identify the challenges they are facing. The goal of this action is to inspire other leaders and give them the necessary tools to help them do the same.\u201d says Jacques Roy, full professor at HEC Montr\u00e9al and author of a <a href=\"https:\/\/cpp.hec.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/CE-2020-01.pdf\">study published today by the Center for Productivity and Prosperity &#8211; Walter J.
